Travel Supermarket launched a new website. It suffered very poor performance compared to the old site. Traffic was down 59%, revenue was down 25%, and gross profit was down 37%.
With a user research document in my hands and a site audit from an external UX agency, my job was to tackle some of the sites biggest problems and try to find a number of design solutions to increase user engagement, revenue and profit.
Problem
The site had no primary navigation viewable on any screen size, all navigation was hidden behind a burger menu, and it had a different style header on different pages, and screen sizes.

A fully responsive header and navigation that is consistent across all pages and screen sizes.
